•Select ‘Order’ to get started. Geo-targeting will find the closest Noodles to your current location, or search for another restaurant. Confirm your preferred location, select order and schedule your pick up time.
EXPLORE THE MENU
•Just like our restaurant menus, categories are broken up by type: Noodles & Pasta, Salad, Soup, Sandwiches and Features - showcasing seasonal dishes. Browse through, choose your entree, and size, add meat or tofu and choose the customize options you’d like (you can even substitute mushrooms for extra broccoli!)
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
•The special instructions box allows you to enter an order name, “Linda”, or include limited instructions such as “Chicken on side” or “Add Sriracha”. Space is limited to only 16 characters so that it can be displayed properly to the fine people making your dish, we apologize for the limited space but hope the new customize options in the app will allow you to order what you’d like. Have a super secret, extra special order that requires a little TLC? You might want to call that one in...
TOP OFF YOUR MEAL
•All of our appetizers, drinks, desserts and sides are located under “Appetizers & More.” Try a new appetizer as a starter - to share, or not to share, that’s completely up to you!
FEED A GROUP
•All of our Square Bowls are listed on the App so order lunch for your office straight from the boardroom. Each bowl feeds 3-5 people, add a few salads, some bread, cookies and krispies and you’ve made everyone’s day!
SAVE YOUR BOSS’S FAVORITE (and yours of course!)
•Make your next order a cinch - set up a free account (it’s super easy), complete your order, save it to favorites and next time you won’t have to take a survey of what everyone wants! Save multiple favorites so whether you’re ordering for a Book Club on Tuesday, a soccer team on Saturday or just yourself make it only a few clicks away.
We will continue to update the app with new menu items, information and other ways to access Noodles. Most of our restaurants are available for ordering but if your favorite location is not currently posted, it will be soon.
Don’t get caught off-guard when the oatmeal wears off at 10 AM or the kids start chanting “I’m hungry.” Drop in to Your World Kitchen, head straight to pick up and enjoy a fresh-cooked, made-for-you meal.

Can sometimes be annoying where it won’t let you check out, but overall decent deals and functionality. I like that it has pictures lol.

as i lay starving in my bed at night, i thought the end was near, quite frankly upon me. then, i dreamt of such a ray of light as to remind me of none other than noodles. good ol noodles. i scrambled across the street even more so than an egg, and upon my hungering soul lay the sight of noodles, noodles and company that is. my soul thus quenched and satisfied, i can now live a life of peace and plenty. a life of tranquility and euphoria. all thanks to noodles. good ol noodles. rick astley p.s. im never gonna give you up noodles

Hard for older people like me that done know how to use the app. I have numerous people leave due to this. I understand u are short staffed.
Missing item from order but quickly rectified

I spoke with the manager about missing item and was asked if she could send me a coupon for a free item or just order it again and she would pay for the delivery fees.
Don’t pay with a gift card!

Website wasn’t working so downloaded the app just to use a gift card I received. Successfully applied the $20 gift card to my order but it never actually subtracted the payment difference/credit and charged my credit card for the full order amount. So instead of paying $4 for the tip and difference I paid the whole $24. Awful awful user experience. Haven’t tested the gift card yet but who knows whether it will even work now.

I’m so irritated by this app. Had problems with it quite awhile back, contacted the customer relations #, ready to delete it and they gave me additional points to get me to keep it. I never redeemed the points because the app is a total headache. Recently I received a survey asking me to name the promotion I’d like. They sent me an offer to match what I said so I decided to take them up on the offer. Well, of course it didn’t work so I couldn’t redeem the offer since it had to be done on the app. Store associates couldn’t help me out. Once again I contacted customer relations six days ago. Haven’t heard anything yet. Every time I pull up the app it says, “something went wrong”. I believe I’ve updated this app twice in as many weeks or less. If the app can’t be fixed offers should be able to be redeemed with an email and earn points by scanning a barcode. Enough of this ridiculous crap!!

There’s about a 50% chance you’ll be able to order with this app. I have repeatedly received the error message “Unknown Order.” However I’ve been able to proceed after receiving this error, but only after emptying my cart and starting over. This is an incredibly unreliable app!
