Amazing food, amazing service! I have yet to find something on the menu that I don't like. Mac & cheese with pan crusted chicken is my number one. Thanks N&C for the great rewards!

Not sure why this is rated so low. I've been using this for a month now with no technical issues. My only criticism is that the coupon system is a bit opaque, it would be nice to see X number of points = get a coupon or something comparable.

There is an option for special instructions but the app does not communicate special requests to the store. There should also be an option to request extra meat. There is none. They prefer you use the app for pickup orders, but my order is always wrong when using the app. I'm actually kind of done with Noodles altogether.

I'm not sure if this is just because I've gotten bad luck so far, but I've gotten three rewards (not counting the cookie for joining) and they've always been a free chef's pick entree, neither of which I like. I would much prefer a free entree of users choice; id even prefer just a free drink or cookie over the dishes they choose.

Customize, remove spinach, gives substitution menu - choose broccoli, check the "add veggies"... Broccoli not selected. Choose broccoli for $1 extra. Clearly they haven't done the most basic of testing -- you'll end up online anyway so skip this one.
