A must have for any frequent NJ Transit commuter. You can buy your ticket, view the schedule and see what track your train will be on all from the app. Saves me so much time. I wish they would bring back the ticket appearing in notification center, though, so you could easily pull down and access it. I'm not sure why this feature was removed.

Sometimes when you’re waiting for a bus that the app says is coming (lets say 5 min away), if you refresh the app and that bus you saw on the app is no longer there and the bus never comes. You can end up waiting in the cold because of misinformation. With that said this app can be unreliable at times.

This app deserves 5 stars with enrich graphics but more importantly it makes ticketing convenient therefore the number of stars speak for itself. Gj

There is a lot of things that you can do to improve user experience. Put a widget with easy way to show a ticket. Redesign this app and put it responsive to iPhone X and Note 8. Sometimes we are home and just don’t know the name or the number of the stop that we desire to go, just put a map to find out.

Seriously? The app is a perfect reflection of the service.

Getting better. After the most recent update, the app feels faster to search stations and buy tickets. This app is still ugly as sin and the UX feels old and cluttered but atleast it’s getting faster!

This app NEVER saves my favorites! And it never loads the bus stops! This app used to be so useful. Now, it’s nothing but a frustration. Especially since the buses are either always early or late. Before I’d be able to time myself, but NOW? It’s ridiculous.

Such a poor user experience but should be something NJT could get right despite the poor service on the tracks. The APP does nothing to scomodate any customization and greedily grabs the screen brightness on my iPhone by jacking up the brightness whenever my ticket is activated! Especially not welcome when my battery is low! Seriously? The train schedule feature is clunky, slow and should be something that allows for higher levels of user customization, but doesn’t! Would someone please look at the countless other rail apps out there from around the world and just “borrow” some of there ideas? Don’t try to reinvent the wheel when everyone else has already figured this out. Years ago!

The app showed an error when I tried activating my ticket and then automatically deleted it from my phone.
