Displayed wrong color and got kicked out of bus

Terrible app. I was kicked out of my bus this morning since the ticket displayed the wrong color. The bus conductor was rude even after showing him proof of receipt. I’m deleting this app as it cost me time and money. Do not download and save yourself the cost and headache.

Don't change brightness without permission.

Don't change brightness without permission. It's draining battery. Or at least change back brightness level back to original when app is closed. This is very annoying and potentially damaging to human eyes (could be a law suit).

Bus gps times are now inaccurate

Up until a few months ago, bus times were accurate. Now they are 10-15 mins off. Please fix!

I am 16 and starting to commute by train to NY alone and this was extremely helpful to me my first day alone taking the trains and buses. Just started using the app so maybe I’m missing something but figured ratings would be higher for such an efficient app.

I find the app intuitive, accurate, easy to use and informative. I have no complaints. I use it every day without issue.

The train time aren’t loading

The app was great, I could see when the trains came and I could buy tickets for it but as of late the train schedules don’t even load and I have to go to the actual website which defeats the purpose of the app.
