QA fail

I had an account with this app and enjoyed easily getting tix electronically, then my account suddenly stopped working. I tried to login and it said invalid user/pass. So I went to reset. It said email does not exist in the system. So I deleted the app and it’s data and downloaded again and tried to create a new account. It said email already exists I. The system! So it simultaneously thinks I don’t exist, though I have used the app before with this email, and tells me I do exist, but it can’t help me reset password because I don’t exist. I entered a support ticket and it’s been over a month and I’ve still not had a response. This app has so really big bugs and should never have left QA like this.


Saves me a lot of time and stress

I use this app very specifically - to buy tickets to an from the same stations. It’s extremely fast and does just what I need to do. I can have completely gone through the entire process within 15 seconds. I don’t use any other functions of the app, but this beats waiting in line at the machines for tickets by a long shot.

My bus route doesn’t show up. Totally useless since the buses are strict about cross honoring one-way bus/train tickets, even though bus ticket is cheaper. Fix the bugs please!


This application is useless

Lack of any sensible logic in the app. Can't even find a schedule for this afternoon.I am only able to find busses that leave shortly. Why don't you copy the logic from excellent SBB or DB applications? Terrible ?


Multiple tickets

Selection of multiple tickets is not working correctly. Sometimes I can only select 1 sometimes 2 but wasn’t ever able to get all 4 of my family selected at the same time.


Can’t even log in

I set up an account on the website, went to log in on my phone, and it told me that my email was not found. I checked to make sure my account was fine by logging in online again, and it worked, so I tried resetting my password through the app, and again it said my email was not found. How am I supposed to use this if it seems to be running on a completely different system?


MyBus favorites keep disappearing

Even though you select a bus stop as a favorite, it will randomly disappear as though you never selected a favorite. Sometimes your favorite will stick for a week, other times it doesn’t last a day. Other than that annoying bug, it’s okay. Still beats waiting on a line to use a ticket machine.

Can’t even login the send time, always says no connection, but the network connection is perfectly well!


Can’t access account

all of a sudden it has stopped recognizing my email and password while it was supposed to be remembering it by default. I tried recovering the password but it says email not found. When I enter a different email it says app assigned to user with my email. I really am frustrated about this as now I have to buy tickets until this is resolved.I have $50 worth of tickets

I use for riding the train everyday and outside of it few error connections now and then it works fine. Way more convenient than waiting in line at a kiosk!
