I’ve only used it for about a month so far and am unimpressed. It worked well for a week or so, then began being “glitchy”. It doesn’t update my mileage or my fuel anymore. It shows that my car has low oil pressure. It does not, according to the oil pressure gauge in the car. For the last two days now, I can’t even log in at all. Tried reinstalling the app, with no luck. My wife is having some of the same issues with hers not working correctly. Until this is resolved, I’d say buy a Chevy and download the Ford app, you’d have better luck!

It would have been better if NissanConnect let the owner of the car choose what is the maximum number of remote starts. I like warming up my car every 4 hours during winter time. A maximum 2 remote starts will not help.
Nissan UX and Dev teams failed

Whatever the last update was in January they should roll it back. Have been using it for 5 years and with 2 cars and this is the first time it hasn’t worked. Other than that it’s been pretty good. Even with the occasional door lock/starting glitch.

I have a cellular Apple Watch but the Nissan app is dependent on the iPhone Please create a stand alone Apple Watch app so that I can leave my phone behind and start my car in the gym. This limitation makes me feel that I lack freedom.

Why do I need to pay a monthly fee to remote start my new car with this app when it already has remote start on the key fob?? Other manufacturers don’t charge extra for this so this is clearly a rip off. Beyond that, the lock/unlock feature is super slow and app functionality is mediocre, at best. Sad.

If I could give this review ZERO stars I would. I sign up, input the vin #, then it takes me to the sign in page, then input the vin #, then it takes me to the sign in page, then input the vin #, then it takes me to the sign in page, then input the vin #....... seriously...!?!? SMH. LOVE the car though.

This app shouldn’t even get 1 star. Can’t even login. Keeps asking for the VIN over and over again.

This app only works for the platinum edition which I think is crazy in this day and time.
