Why even offer it, if it doesn’t work

I’ve attempted to add my 2020 Armada over a dozen times and says the vin doesn’t match... um, okay. Has been over a week and still haven’t heard from anyone! Ridiculous. Really missing my FordPass app right about now. Not a good experience for a 1st time Nissan owner.

Good app

Cubanbaba

Great service, but I want to be able to send addresses from Apple or Google Maps to the truck Navigation from my phone via Bluetooth.

Could be a good app, but

I just purchased a 2020 Rogue, I have the subscription for three months. If this is the way it works, will not pay for it! The app works great and has many wonderful features, the problem is, the app CONSTANTLY logs out on the phone. No phone restart, etc. It stays connected for a day or less. Next time I drive, it is asking permission. Check the phone, I have been logged off. It doesn’t work if not logged in. It should REMEMBER login credentials to automatically log back in to keep the app connected to the car. You cannot tell where your car is parked if it is off when you reconnect to the app.

Don’t bother

A joke don’t bother.

Poor

Needs a lot of work

Cannot even connect in app, tried a dozen times

Works 90%

I have now been using this app for 2 months and it works fine. My car is in a garage under my apartment and it still gets my car started. Only had an issue twice where it wouldn’t start the car for no apparent reason (I locked the doors to be sure). My only real complaint is that the app for my watch will only work if I’m holding my phone with the app open....completely defeating the purpose of a watch app.

Doesn’t even work

Elf on the shelf69

Got a maxima platinum. Paid for a premium subscription and haven’t got it to work once yet. Going to bring it to the dealership to see if it’s possibly my car.

Some What Disappointing

Still in ?

I guess the disappointment comes in the fact that after loading the app and following all the directions, you must wait 24 to 48 hrs before you have full services. Considering your paying $12 monthly you’d expect to be able to have remote access ASAP!! I will just have to wait my 24/48hrs to see how things turn out. Stay tuned New update! My rating won’t change but I hate the fact that it takes so long for the signals to be sent to the vehicle while using the app on your phone!! If that could be solved then this would be a great app!!!

It’s not all that

The one4219

It works when it wants to work I may delete mines and just start it from the key fob and don’t even get me started on the Apple Watch version smh back to the drawing board with this crap
