It is still under test from Nissan themselves, It gives me hard time with my dealer to figure out why this app always freeze and stops working, I didn’t enjoy use this app since I bought my new Rogue 2021 two months ago , I bust the dealer service more than 3 times and they could not fix this problem

Ridiculous to pay for monthly subscription to use on your own car

We used to be able to sync our car to our phones for free. Now we have to pay for an app subscription to be able to use on a car we spent tens of thousands on? Ridiculous. People cheering this on are ridiculous too. We already subscribe to SiriusXM and now we need to pay for a monthly subscription to sync our phones to our Nissan? Even more insulting.


Nissan Connect Ability and NCS Customer Service

I have had my Rogue since 2016. The Nissan Connect has never fully functional! I call CS at my home, call CS in my Rogue; and the one time I thought an agent would help me, he finally said “I don’t know why it will not work”. Bought car assuming all the features worked properly! ”My Car” is connected but I was never sent a PIN number to collaborate the pairing. Apparently, the “new” Rogue I bought had already been paired with another person. This is very first time I have EVER typed a REVIEW...

I would any other two days of my life rate this as five stars but for two days now the app has been down. I’ve called in and all they say after making me explain the issues I’m having is tell me that yes they’re having problems with their app/system. They have no time frame on when it’ll be up and running again.
