It’s ok!!

I just leased a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD. So I downloaded Nissan connect onto my iPhone and created an account. I requested to remember me and not to log me out. Of course, it did the next time I went into the app and typed in my info and it kept displaying “email address not found” I tried over a dozen tones and became very frustrated and started my car using the key fob. I think they might be some glitches which needs to be addressed since I paid for this service connection which it works when it feels like it.

Made and sign in and password. And now it won’t let me into the app. Tech support can’t even send me emails about it. Don’t waste your money.

I downloaded this app to try it out. Well the only options I have is lock/unlock the car and see where my car is. Not sure that option is worth $12.99. I will be deleting after the trial

Both my husband and I have this app for a Maxima and a Titan. Our vehicles are 2021, brand new. The app tells BOTH of us that Maintenance is Required for high oil pressure. No warning in our vehicles. For my husband. It told him his door was open and it never updated his mileage left in his gas tank after he filled up. It’s been 2 days and the Mikes in gas has been the same. We were super excited about the prospect of starting our vehicles from the app, and sometimes it is hit or miss if it will work. I know it’s new, I just hope they fix the bugs by the time our free trial is up so we can decide if it’ll be worth it.

Brand new 2021 Nissan Maxima. Can’t get the car to start. Customer service was useless after I spent 2 weeks trying to fix it. Makes me wish I bought something different if they can’t even get the app to work.

I have experienced problems with the app and I had to make multiple calls before the problem was resolved. I was told I would get two months free but my credit card was billed for the agreed upon amount after the free two months. I will now have to call for a price adjustment, this has been one big headache. I think this will be my last Nissan. I find Toyota to be a reliable choice.

Chevrolet allows many features from app like remote start, alarm, unlock. Just seems a little generic to only have lock/unlock.
