Not easy to set up

Just bought it today. It took a few hours trying to set up, experiencing difficulty in joining the router, still not sure what was the problem.
The app not working after update ?

The product cannot be access through the app after the latest update... the app appear to be blank ?
New version needs to be fixed

The last version worked fine. But when the app updated on my phone something went wrong. I was signed out and now the sign in screen won’t come up so I can sign back in. Not even the “create new account” page will come up.

I’m forced to login with netgear just to access my local router. Now, because of that, I can’t do anything. There’s a bug when selecting “login with existing account” that loads nothing but a blank page. Ditch the app and just use a web browser, as nature intended.

Updated. Now when I select login with existing account, a blank white screen frozen is displayed. App no longer functioning. iPhone 11 Pro with up to date versions. Definitely a bad app update. Let’s hope netgear fixes this swiftly.

I just installed my Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router and the installation process was amazing! Downloaded the app to my phone and it walked me thru every step of the process. It’s been a few years since I bought a new router and I was anticipating a complex / involved process to set up the router with a unique name & password ... not the case with my Netgear router :)

I’m unable to sign in since the recent update. I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app but I’m still NOT able to sign in. Plz fix.
