A great convenience for a developer

All right software that handles personal health information and medical records, so my computer has to have an especially long password. However it sometimes disconnects from my computer and it’s a pain to reconnect it
Doesn’t work

Worked for a week or so. The distance setting was so unreliable that It would randomly lock and unlock my computer. Then it just stopped working and I can’t get it to work at all. Went through all the troubleshooting tips. Unpaired and now I can’t pair again.

The app worked great on my 2018 Mac mini and 2014 MacBook Pro (both on the compatible list). The next day, without warning, it just stopped working – on both Macs. I had purchased the paid version so I could access the “extra features”, but now I wish I had stayed with the free version. I followed all the developer’s support tips on how to get things working, but it would only work momentarily and then stop working again. I sent a request for technical support on 8/26/20 (today is 9/15/20) and all I ever received back is an automated response advising me someone would be in contact soon. This is a bad app and even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or $ on this developer.
It works but with some issues

I have use the pay version of this app for months and found that you have to leave the app open at all times so that it works without issues. They say that if you pay for the app it will work on the background but sometimes it fails. Also a very few times it stop working and I have to turn off bluetooth in the app settings and it works again. I would love that they keep updating this app and fix the few bugs it has because it is a very useful app to avoid typing your password in your mac. I send some support messages and I never got a reply from the seller.
No fluid connection, waste of money

Connection breaks so often that its almost useless. I expect it to auto connect to my mac seamlessly. I have to always spend 2-3 min connecting to device. If you move so far away that bluetooth connection is lost and you come back, it will not auto unlock. Waste of money, they could have done much better. This can be great app if they come up with seamless connection.

I even paid for my version, has some glitches, but most frustrating is the fact that they don’t respond to support requests. If I don’t hear back in the next week I’ll be contacting apple to lodge a complaint and demand a refund.

Constant blue tooth cache requests that are not possible when using Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Never stays active due to Bluetooth issues.

The app works well, but because Bluetooth seems a little unstable, it takes some effort to reconnect the app, Mac and phone each morning. Once the connection is re-establishes it works really well through the day.
