This app is great so far. I love that I am correlating what my body is doing with the phases of my cycle. It’s a shame that more of this isn’t taught to girls when they first get their periods here in the United States. Knowing your body is freeing. I am rating this four stars simply because it could be more convenient. The thermometer should either keep you temperature in it for longer when turning on or even better, send it straight to your device. This would prevent from missed logs.

I have been using this app since October 2017 to prevent pregnancy, and right now, I am going trough hell cause I don’t know if I am pregnant or not. I got my ovulation earlier than I was supposed to and the app after all measuring and doing ovulation test told me it is safe to have an unprotected sex that day which me and my boyfriend did. Then, I had ovulation earlier and that day wasn’t safe anymore. I am one week late with my period and got a message from this awesome app that I might be pregnant so I should do the test. It also said if I am pregnant the app will change to pregnant “system.” First, I have never wanted to be pregnant so thx the app you have this awesome possible for me to watch my pregnancy which I don’t want to happen, second be careful ladies!!!! What I have learned during the time when I used this app is that my body is not a machine which I think this app is build on. If you want to get pregnant or watch your body and learn about yourself GO ahead and buy this app, but if you don’t want to get pregnant use something else and not just this app. I am just done with this app I am so DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Hopefully, I won’t have to go trough the abortion because I really don’t want to.

I am 25 and I have never been on any form of birth control-it wasn’t something I needed until just recently after I got married. Leading up to my wedding I started researching different kinds of bc because I wanted to use something that wouldn’t totally throw off my body. I have been like clockwork since I was 14yrs old and I didn’t want to jack around with that kind of regularity. Natural cycles has been THE BEST. I have been using it for over a year and my results have been perfect! I’ve been really in tune with my body and it’s so liberating to know it’s working how it’s supposed to! Thank God for Natural Cycles!!

Things have been going pretty well so far. I enjoy getting to know my body. I am a little bummed there isn’t a loophole around deviating temps. Both my cat and my partner wake me up multiple times during the night. Sometimes before midnight... so I’m confused as to when to take my temperature at that point.

Update- they finally fixed the issue. If they had been more prompt about it I would give 5 stars. My app doesn't work. I paid the subscription renewal fee for a year, and I haven't been able to use it for over a week. I spoke to customer service about this issue, and after several days they let me know it was a glitch in the most recent update, multiple people were having this problem, and the devs would be fixing it. It has been several more days now, no word about an update or fix to this. They just told me to use protection since I can’t access my birth control app. If you market this as birth control, you can’t just say “sorry its not working” for over a week. The only issue is they can’t find my payment in their system, even after I sent them an app store receipt. Why not manually unlock my account for a few weeks while they fix an issue they caused? No, instead they just told me sorry, no birth control for you until we get around to fixing this. Unbelievable! Before this experience I really enjoyed Natural Cycles but paying for this and it not working for weeks is not acceptable.

I feel more in touch with my body

Since I started using Natural Cycles, I feel much more connected with my body. Birth control never worked for me and I know that’s true for a lot of people. Using Natural Cycles takes a bit of getting used to as it’s not simply popping a hormone filled pill in your mouth. This method allows you to track and monitor what is truly happening with your body. My boyfriend even has the app with my account on his phone and helps to remind me to take my temp and add data daily. It’s been great to have us both working together on this method because ITS NOT JUST THE FEMALES RESPONSIBILITY! Thank you Natural Cycles for allowing me to stay more in tune with my body in a healthy and productive way!

I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of this before. This birth control is effective, safe, and all natural. I can’t get over how much I love it! It’s so simple—all you have to do is take your temperature. I’d been on birth control pills, the arm implant, and other types of birth control for over 10 years. I wanted to give my body a break from the hormones and found this app. I feel amazing after going off of birth control and love that I can simply take my temperature each morning to know if I need extra protection or not. I would recommend this to anyone!

This app has been a breath of fresh air! Birth control took away my libido, increased my migraines and made me feel like I didn’t have any other choice. Then I found natural cycles! I’ve been using it for 3 months now and I feel like a new person! My relationship is thriving and I feel like myself again!
