This did work for a few months, and I believe if it weren’t for user error it may have continued to work. Unfortunately I had a cold that lasted about a month, and I think that threw my nasal temp off enough to mess things up. Always err on the side of caution and mark your temp as deviating if you’re the least bit unsure.

Was on the pill for 7 years - age 15 to 22. High blood pressure forced me to switch from the combination pill to the mini pill, but with that came other horrible side effects: headaches, moodiness, and just feeling down for no apparent reason (I’m not susceptible to depression at all). This led me to research other birth control options, and in my search I found that the pill is horrible for your body. Scared me so bad I stopped taking the pill immediately and found this app to use as contraception. I’ve completed my first cycle on the app and I am absolutely loving it. I will never look back.

I’ve been using NC to prevent a pregnancy for 9 months now and I’m absolutely thrilled with all the benefits. It’s not only a successful contraception method, it’s a great way to know your body and understand your cycle!! Very informative and educational. They customer care is also great!!!

I am so impressed with how easy and user-friendly this app is! I was a Kindara user before but that required me to take the time to learn about the fertility method and, though I do plan on diving into fertility education, honestly I needed something easier and quicker! This app is amazing, you’re able to plan in advance when you will be fertile or not, and all it requires is a BBT. After your temperature, it literally does all of the work for you! This is great for people with busy lifestyles who need a quick answer!

This app is fantastic. It does it all from tracking your cycle to warning you "you should start your period next week you may experience some PMS now" to helping you keep track of sexual activity and really become more aware of your body through keeping track of the cycle of change we women go through so frequently! My nutritionist recommended this app to me and I recommend this to everyone who is a candidate for it. It is very easy to use and you can at anytime switch the option on your profile from trying not to get pregnant to trying to conceive so this app can follow you down the different paths you choose to take with your body. So so happy I found this app and am now more in charge and aware of my own body!
