I LOVE this app. Hormonal birth control affects me negatively and I have tried copper IUD but had to stop because of the pain. This app works by using your cycle to prevent/plan for pregnancy. The app is super informative and I am learning more about my cycle than I ever thought possible. It does take several months of data to be truly effective. The app has quizzes and thermometer trainings to help. I couldn’t be happier with this app.

I’ve been using Natural Cycles for 3 years now and I’m obsessed! The idea of flooding my body with hormones has never felt like the right thing to do and the times I did take birth control, I always felt out of whack. I’m beyond grateful for the ability to have a confident sex life knowing that I can trust this app to give me accurate information based on the information I input everyday. I finally understand my own cycle and follow it each day of the week. It’s also nice to include your partner when adding your temp in the app. I don’t think there is anything more exciting for them then a green day. ? NC truly is the best thing on the market right now for woman seeking prevention OR pregnancy. If you love yourself, get this app asap! ?

Not for snoozers!

I’m going to be honest here. Love the concept. It worked when I stuck with it and measured at the right time.... BUT... I am the absolute worst in the morning. I’m talking snooze five times while halfway sleeping, set ten alarms, and still don’t hear it bad in the mornings. So, you have to take your temperature RIGHT after you wake up—no snoozing—or it’s not accurate. Unfortunately, I tried this for a year and either forgot, measured too late, or messed it up some other way. This is a case where there’s nothing wrong with the app or the concept of it, but it’s my fault for not being able to use it as instructed ??‍♀️

I had a bad experience with an iud and was tired of being medicated with the pill. I was nervous about this at first, but the science is so solid and time tested. It’s an organized rhythm method! I’ve been using this for about a year and have unprotected on “green days”. It’s fantastic! Not a worry using this app as long as you make sure to measure!

Taking your temperature every day can be a hassle but I’m so happy to have accurate tracking without pills, injections etc. would definitely recommend this app to anyone. I’ve been using it over a year and absolutely love it.

I’m 24, recently engaged, never been on hormonal BC, and incredibly grateful for a non-hormonal birth control option. I’ve had the app for 1.5 months now so I still get a lot of “red” days, but it’s made me so much more aware of my body’s unique cycle. My partner is even more engaged in how we prevent babies ? so it’s not just my job to take a bunch of pills lol. I can see how it won’t be for everyone, but if you can commit to measuring at least 5 days/week, it’s incredible what you can learn about yourself!

With this app I have become more in tune with my body and been able to recognize how my cycle affects me in more ways, like PMS, increased sex drive, nausea from hormones etc. The app is user friendly and reminds me when I forget to track, when my period might start, and educated me on all things female cycle. Though my husband and I have yet to chance having unprotected sex on my Green Day’s, this is by far the best tracking system out there! Highly recommend!
