Bad App - can’t login

I can’t login the App although I’ve tried several ways (including changing my password many times). I can login normally in the web site however this App can’t recognize my credentials No support was able to fix this abnormality.
iPhone version of the app is useless.

I usually use the iPad version of the app and it is fantastic. However, I needed to get my Nat Geo fix while my wife was out of town with the iPad so I just downloaded the iPhone version of the app and read the September issue. When I went to go to my library to start the October issue, I found there is no way for me to get back to the library from within the issue. I tried swiping up, down, left right, I clicked on all the things to click and there appears to be no way back. Could you please fix this omission the next time you update the app for iPhone. As it is now the iPhone app is functionally incomplete and pretty well useless. To read more than one issue, I had to delete the entire app and re-download it so that I could actually get to the library and switch issues. Totally frustrating and what a complete waste of my time. I sent this message to N GM’s customer service got an automated reply that was very generic and bland. Very doubtful that this will be fixed. :-(

After I updated my phone I haven’t been able to get back to the issue selection page. Could you please patch this problem with your next update?

I mostly read the magazine on my iPhone and with the new iOS 11 the app is essentially useless. I may have to delete my membership if I can’t read the issues that I have paid for with my subscription. Pleas fix the issue navigation soon. I have to reload the app every time I want to switch issues.
Signing in on iPad

I have been trying to sign in on my iPad Pro for the last hour. I am able to sign in and sign out that said there are no proms on the screen to take me to my old issues or anything. I’m telling you this is not a very easy app to operate. RJ Age 16

I opened an issue and now can’t get back to my library. What a complete waste of money. Don’t get this app.

Used to work very well. Since last update can’t go back to prior issues nor to settings. Someone ruined this app and no one cares enough to fix it. If Darwin was right, this is one is not surviving.
