Jigsaw Puzzle no longer loads

Can you please fix the daily Jigsaw Puzzle. It has stopped loading when I use the app in my IPAD

The only thing that keeps me from giving your kids a five star rating is that when you leave the app uses and hold the place where you were reading. It would be great if there were someway to book mark. But otherwise than that on my God I love this app to pieces

I became a paid subscriber ten days ago and cannot access online content through this app without being charged $4.99. Despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive any response or remedy. As it stands National Geographic has taken my money and not kept its end of the deal. I have zero access to digital content despite having paid for it.

I am a subscriber for 15 years and I was supposed to have a free digital online subscription. I created an account but when logging in afterwards, it would say “authentication failed”. Re-entered credentials on “create account” page multiple times successfully but it would say the same thing. What a waste of effort and time!!! Useless app.

No portrait mode?

Intuitive interface and can return to main library after viewing an issue. Just need to fix typo!

Doesn’t hold place when app goes to background

It is quite frustrating to have to scroll back to your place when reading articles and the phone goes to sleep or app is sent to the background.

Deserves Negative Stars

I read other reviews that said that this wasn’t going to work and I thought somehow that I would be different. Not so. This app does not work... Set up an account online or through the app and you get "authentication failed" every single time... instantly deleted.

Good for Digital Read - Puzzles stopped Working

Subscription setup took a phone call and 15min conversation to get the Digital Version working. The very next month The Puzzle Games were removed found them on the website but only working through Flash I guess. 3 stars cause the magazine works Puzzle Don’t And I’m a person who likes to see some advertisements in what I read, Nat Geo Digital Versions I have yet to see an advertisement in the digital version.

Why won’t it let me submit my email so this app will work

In the news app when I bought the subscription it offered me to give National Geographic my email so it could keep track of my account and I could use the app without having to log in. I pressed no by accident how do get that request back so I can say yes? Until I get an answer this app is useless to me so I’m rating it one star!
