Abysmal, no way to change months

andrewrocks

Seriously? Was this even tested before it sent to the AppStore?

THE WORST

Hussainov

It does not even let me download my issues and keeps giving me error S. I emailed the months ago and tweeted them. Their email response was useless and have not replied to my tweet. I think I am sadly going to cancel my subscription.

Use to be good ..smh

There is no way to get back to your library without deleting the app and starting over ... please fix this ASAP !

Archive/back button

Kandra101

Even though I have a print and digital subscription which includes Nat Geo Plus, I can’t access all of the monthly editions as I’m able to online. I also can’t use the back button to get back to the list of monthly editions once I’ve opened one of them. So I tried to close the app entirely, even in the background, but when I reopen it, that edition is still open and the back button is still greyed out.

Great content but messy app

无名氏2301

Used to be great but ever since last issue I haven’t been able to get back to the main screen to switch between magazines

I paid to read this magazine

Can’t go back to other issues and stuck

Need Fix

Its open to the last issue. There is no way to go to library.

Current App Version Not Working

Avid Runner/Cyclist

The latest version released for the app no longer allows you to navigate back to the Library. There is no way to exit the currently open edition of National Geographic or the newest edition if you get prompted to download the current month. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Does not work with iOS 11

Geomstern

I hope this app will be fixed. It used to work well, but malfunctions on iPhone 7 with iOS 11. Problem has been reported.

App needs update for iPhone 7/7 plus

Edret2007

Everything that Nawroth74 says in the one-star review is true. I suspect the problem may have occurred following iOS recent update. The matter is extremely frustrating for those of us who count on catching up on our reading while flying or accompanying a friend during a hospital in-patient stay. I typically read/re-read 3-4 issues while traveling. The only time I can see the “old” menu is when a new month’s digital edition is available, but when I download it, and everything but the downloaded edition disappears. Unacceptable!
