The new app update does not have back buttons on iphone to go back and see previous issues. As a result i cannot navigate to the previous issue . please fix this issue

I bought a subscription for NatGeo magazine and when I open the APP it won’t let me read anything without buying the individual magazine. When I try to log in it tells me there’s no record of my email. But they had no problem sending my billing invoice to my email. Funny how that works. I cancelled my subscription. Don’t bother.

Doesn’t give me an option to go back to the menu, or select other issues. I’m stuck in the same issue. This wasn’t the case a few months back. Same situation as the other individual who posted on 10/4

My sentiments are the same as the previous. Once you open a magazine you are stuck in it. There is no way back to the library other than deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Currently, the is no way to get back to the library from a certain magazine, even force closing the app takes me back to the last app I opened. Also I noticed the they haven’t updated the app in a year so they must not really care about it anymore...

This app has been updated and it back to working order! I would love to see he ability to highlight and make notes in a future release.

Update fixed an issue where once you were viewing an issue, you couldn’t get back to the library. Called and reported a couple of times and now it has been fixed. Thank you.
