No customization on iPad

The iPad app magazine is great and the app makes it very interactive. The one star is for not being able to view it in portrait mode and not being able to change the font size. If the Nat Geo people fix these issues, I'll give it 5 stars.
Nothing there but Buy buttons

If you don't have a paid subscription, all this app does is try to sell you one. Nothing else.

The app says my email is not registered, yet, I have verification to same email.

If it wasn't, for the fact that this company has been around so long, I consider this a scam. I wanted to sign up, was looking forward to it. I did not want the print so I signed up for digital only. They advertised $12 for a digital subscription. I selected digital only yet they charged me for the print version. Ok no big deal. I wasn't going to fuss over the extra $7. But then I could not get the digital version. Customer service did not respond until.... I wrote them to cancel and return my money. Yep, they canceled and didn't return my funds. I thought so highly of NG for so long. Now I feel like they scammed me out of a lousy $19.00. Not enough to spend time pursuing. Just enough to prompt me to write this review and hopefully warn others to stay away.
Not compatible with iOS 11 iPhone only

Had to delete from my iPhone until they upgrade to iOS 11. Works fine on the iPad. One star off for that.
Great content, needs iPad Pro optimization

I really enjoy reading this magazine on my iPad. However, when I got my iPad Pro I was disappointed to find that it had not been optimized for the iPad pros larger resolution. Thus, text and pictures appear rather fuzzy. If this issue is fixed, I’d have no problem giving this app a 4 or 5 star rating
iOS 11 support???

I can’t go back to my library of previous issues, I’m stuck in the October issue. Seems like it could be a iOS 11 problem. Other than that it seems to work fine.

I tried you app support page but there is no contact info...well, there is a lot but no app support email. With the new iOS update, I can’t get back to the list of issues even after rebooting the app a few times
