Works

Awesome tt

Works faster than writing everything in the booklet and having to carry it around. You also have to tell your doctor if you are going to use the app, once they register it it should take a couple hours.

Zio App

Worked just fine for me registering. Easy to use app and second time using a Zio patch and it's light years ahead of a clunky Holter monitor. No problems with app !

Doesn't work

Says my birthday doesn't match. I called the company and they have the correct birthday in the system. They had no solution.

Easy Peazy

I was concerned after reading other reviews, but it recognized my serial number (less than an hour after receiving the device) and logging symptoms has been hassle free.

Fraud

Raging Llama!!!

Material says Zio patch may be prescribed and worn for up to 14 days. Key words are "up to." I've been provided two by my cardiologist and, together, I haven't gotten 48 hours of use out of them. First one lasted all of 3 hours! Technician on Zio's assistance line could only inquire if I'd been sweating or showered. Well, yes. It's mid-July and the temp has been approaching 100°. So, I've been sweating. And, after 24 hours, I allowed myself a shower as permitted (back to the shower head). Might as well specify to only apply during the winter months and user has to remain immobile during application. Program may be great, but if patch doesn't stay in place, there is no data to monitor. Don't waste your energy or money on this fraud.

Please Stop

It doesn't work and Customer Support can't fix it. LOL!

Symptom logging made easy

This is the second time I wore the patch. The first time was several years ago and the app was not available, I had to write the symptoms in the book. While this worked well, I must say that I prefer the app. The one complaint I have is with the message menu. When I tap on the message, it is deleted before I have a chance to read it. There is some small text at the bottom of the partially displayed message that, when tapped displays the full message. Alas, my natural instinct is to tap on the message, which I did several times out of habit. Please fix this ... at least pop up a window asking if I really want to delete the message. Regarding the patch: I was able to wear it for the full 14 days the first time. It came off after 12 the second time but I exercised heavily each weekday during that period.

MESSAGE ERRORS

While the patch had to remain taped on the entire time, this review is for the APP, not the device. Any time I tapped to read my messages, it did not OPEN the message, but DELETED it, without ever being read. All I could read was the first few words of the subject. Once the mail deleted, there was no way of retrieving it. I would think that with such an important medical device, if I was being sent a message, I would need to read it. It is extremely frustrating trying to read an urgent message, only to have it deleted once I tap on the message. This needs to be fixed immediately!!! Otherwise, I found the ability to use the device as my logbook much easier than having to hand write in all of my episodes. I was glad to see that there was an app that I could use on my phone.

Embarrassingly lame for an expensive technology

Yowzoe

Have had the patch on for two days, and I’m using the app instead of the booklet. The app is ordinary. It’s ugly, but I don’t mind. The element that is unforgivable is that unlike writing this review, one cannot revise and a log entry, or correct it. This is incredibly lame for 2017. It’s no wonder to me that this app is rated so poorly. It should be embarrassing to iRhythm, which is charging the healthcare so much for their technology, that they can offer an outstanding Zio app that has basic features worked through. It makes me wonder how confident I can be in the results I will receive back from the company.

Wearer, 4th day.

I think the tapes need to be star shaped to expand the effectiveness of sticking and holding to your chest. Two just doesn’t do it except probably for sedentary people.
