Terrible. App won't recognize SN on box

I've entered the SN 5 times and received the error message "Unknown SN" Really.

If the app doesn't recognize the serial number then the app is useless. I enter my number and it tells me it's unknown.

Cannot use because won't recognize serial number. Tech support number useless as they refuse to register the serial number. It doesn't matter because the device fell off and won't stick so the test is probably a failure. Tech support couldn't help.

Works as it should, once you've realized that the required serial# is NOT the CSN number on the booklet, but the 10 digit number by the barcode

Tech support said it usually takes 24hrs for the SN to be recognized by their system. So if you've just received the device, wait a day before trying to register it. Customer support acknowledged that this was a rather big problem with the app. Also, your provider needs to submit your patient info to iRhythm before the app will work.
Easy, quick & better than paper

The reviews that say the serial number wouldn't register obviously were written too soon after getting the device. Your doctor's office needs to register your device first and then the system will process an active serial number. So just wait a few hours. Otherwise the App is simple, straight forward and fast to use. So much better than writing everything down in the booklet. It takes literally 15 seconds to enter everything and move on. Basic app but does what you need it to do.
