Easy to use

SaffyPuppy

This made documentation so much easier than carrying a book and pen around. App worked great for me and is very user friendly.

FIX MESSAGES

Skpire

I mean, people have literally been complaining about this issue for months on months on months and nothing is fixed. Why even have a message function?? I got a message that “we received your...” and who knows what else it said cause it disappeared when I tapped it. Ridiculous.

Problematic

First day with the Zio? You can't start logging yet. Because you can't register until _they_ know your serial number is in use. Which takes a day. Why not log now, update serial number later? Missed the"Read more" link on a message by even a pixel? Sorry, that message is deleted forever now. A problem that was reported years ago and still not fixed. Want to record symptoms during an incident? Be aware that total duration is a required field. So remember to edit your log later. And I hope you like tapping, because it's like 14 taps to edit each log each time, even though you just want to update one field. With some effort, the usability of this app could be dramatically improved.

Worked Great

KraneL

I had to wear the monitor for 2 weeks and was so glad to see there was an app. My phone is always with me and I was glad I didn’t have to try to keep a book around to record my symptoms. The app worked flawlessly. Easy to go back and change duration of the event.

Never been updated

SMB092508

For an app so support a very expensive medical device, why has it not received an update in over a year? App hasn’t been update to fit newer device screens. The messages area appears to have a glitch where when you tap it to see the message, it just vanishes and you will never know what it says.

Poor app

Bob18800

This is the third zio I have used. The app will not allow me to continue to log symptoms with the account from the last two times, nor will it allow me to setup a session using either of the email addresses that I previously used. After using a third email address it allowed me to log 1 symptom and after that said there was a problem and I needed to login again, but there is no apparent way to do that. App is useless.

Needs some work

The holter is great. Compact and fairly resistant to wear and tear. My issues, as do so many other users, come from the app (and having logged into the website - the same issues there). 1) Notifications - random notifications will pop up for the app, but nothing in the app will show up. 2) Messages - You get messages and when you tap to read it, it disappears with no way to actually read it. Plus they don’t show the whole message when in your inbox. I suspect this is also the case on the website as there is no way to see previous messages. 3) Ease of use - the app is straightforward, but it acts slow (I am on a 11+, so it’s not the phone). It does what you need it to do, which is log symptoms, but sometimes it was like pulling teeth - and you are logging heart related symptoms! With the website no longer being supported after 8/10/2020, the app needs to be updated and polished. 3 years is a long time to not check that the app is still working correctly.

No stable with iOS 13.6

Sea Cap Hill Man

When was this app last updated? It is designed for iPhone 4 & 4s screen size and doesn’t scale well on new iPhones, including XS Max. Crashes all the time and I have re-login and enter my symptoms and hope I can complete before it crashes again. With how much I and my company are paying for this device and app, I would expect an updated app that can run smoothly with the latest updated from Apple and have been updated at least yearly to support newer iOS and iPhones. Also not compatible with iOS updated keyboard, which has been around for years. It as though this app was written and last updated in 2010, which is totally unacceptable. They should pay me for using such a horrible app that isn’t fully compatible with any iOS released in the last 3-4 years.

Awful

DrKneeDown

This software was not release-ready and is clearly rushed.

Updated and improved

Reliability and usability are both much better in 1.5.0
