Simple to use but not friendly

The application is very basic, which makes it easy to use, but it isn’t particularly user-friendly. It is way too easy to make an entry and then close the program without it saving the entry. A reminder window or a temporary save function warning you that you have an unsaved entry would be helpful. In addition I know a couple of times I logged through and got the 911 reminder screen which should mean the entry saved, but then went back to find the log entry had not in fact saved.

The Zio monitor was put on me about 4 on. By the time I got to my car it was starting to come off. Had to stop at Walgreens for Tegaderm ($15). Nurse said adhesive is very sub-par.

Will not allow acct create. Add user, then pw then no way to input pq confirmation. Both pw fields covered w yellow highlight indicating “strong password” locked up unable to proceed. Pathetic QA...

Once I got the app setup and figured out how to log events it was a breeze to use. Unfortunately, one week into it, the app essentially reset itself. I can’t reconnect the device or my account and the password reset function doesn’t work. All the time spent logging events was wasted. Hopefully this device is still recording data.
The app simply stopped working

After three days of exclusively putting my data into the app, it seemed to reset and I could not get it to work again. I called the company and they claimed they sent me several emails to reset my password and credentials, but they never followed through.I got the vibe of “oh well. OK boomer” from their customer service. I really hope that the app did not lose the data that I wrote those first three days, because I didn’t log it in the booklet.Indeed, I didn’t even carry the booklet the way I carry my phone. Something isn’t quite syncing up.

Day 6 of wearing this thing and come to find out my log entries are missing from today. I had at least 10 or 12 log entries using the app and there all gone. I called and spoke to a person in their support and he eventually called me back and said there gone. Very disappointing to say the least. Best advice is to use the little log book for your entries.

Password page is broken, keyboard does not display unless you scroll down. If you do scroll down the password boxes are covered by a yellow rectangle so you can’t enter anything. Iphone SE ios 14.4

Seems pretty good for collecting report information. Major issue for me is app doesn’t maintain state information so if you switch to another app before you’ve saved your entry, your entry is lost and you have to sign back in and start over. I guess the work-around would be to save your entry before you switch and then go back and edit it.
Results take too long!!!

My dr ordered a Zio patch for me (6/21) due to me having heart palpitations everytime I stood up and possible afib symptoms that couldn’t catch on an ekg. I received the patch in the mail a week later (6/29) so that was one whole week that I wasn’t monitored. I wore the patch for 11 days and mailed it back Sat July 10th. They received it Tues 7/13. It is now Friday July 24th and the patch is still in their lab being diagnosed! Let’s hope and pray nothing serious is going on with my heart because this all started on Monday June 21st and I’m STILL waiting for results/explanations!! I would never recommend this patch just because it takes way too long for results! At least with a holter monitor you wear it a few days and get results within a day or 2!!
