Nearly every time I use this, I get server errors so the function I’m requesting can’t be completed. Even basic car status update will time out due to server issues. I shouldn’t have to research for the instructions on how to make an app unlock my doors when it’s easier just to use my key remote or even the key. Half the features don’t pertain to my model, yet they’re still displayed...shouldn’t a smart app understand once I enter my model which functions to show or hide? So unless something changes dramatically, I’m canceling I after the trial period...the only reason I even signed up was to activate CarPlay, which is awesome and works perfectly! Paying for premium features like these offered is understandable, but paying for half-baked and poorly functioning app such as this is a ripoff!!

This app is terrible. It takes so long to open that if you want to remote start your car you could walk to your car, turn it on with the key, walk back to where you were, wait 5 more minutes and then maybe the app will open. It justs awful.

I don’t use that many apps on my Apple Watch but this one is horrible. The options are soo close together it’s hard to pick the right one. Then for the times I do get the right one it gives me an error and I have to just use my phone anyways. Sometimes when I use the phone app it doesn’t even start my car. Horrible horrible! And to think I was attracted by this when buying the car.

I love the app, cold days warm car started before I went outside to get in. Nice cold seats and cool air blowing before getting in from a long hot day at the beach. I love the POI and maintenance check ups

Probably only get into app 20% of the time. Luckily I am in a 3 year trial period. If it continues like this I would not pay for the subscription. When app works the features are really cool and I love it. Please fix.

Absolutely awful. Just bought a 2018 Sonata and it won’t even let me log in to the app. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they couldn’t anythinh. Absolutely awful.

Works fine has bugs here and there but overall great app works fine with my 2018 Sonata Sport. Updates will come out and hopefully fix bugs

How come there only offer up to 2017 year models. I just bought 2018 and can’t seem to download upload anything with this app. The car comes standard equip with blue link for 3 years.
