Cost for something free
Goofnoff2

Why are you charging for something free? When most financial institutions supply customers with this info for free. You app just adds more ways of info being out of the individuals control and sold to the highest bidder. ?

I first got this credit monitoring and was willing to pay for it because it was worth getting my updates on demand as they changed. Now this is not the case. I’m sorry but there is nothing that sets you apart from competitors. You have officially lost a customer

Mandatory in-app purchases, not mentioned in the description.

Great collection of scores, but quarterly?!?

Obviously the collection of scores this app provided is the best there is. I’ve gotten real sick of thinking I know my scores only to end up finding out it was a different score used. This app provides all the ones that matter for all three bureaus. That aspect is fantastic. But the service and app aren’t perfect. First, for $50/month (Family Advanced), you better believe an update every 3 months ain’t gonna cut it! You’re basically paying $50/month for Fico 8 monitoring, which tons of other services offer for cheaper and do a far better job at it. Which brings me to my second point. At this moment, I also have a subscription with Experian and am watching daily increases to my Fico 8 with them while it hasn’t moved in 3 days with MyFICO. This is unacceptable performance for this cost! Your alerts and then score updates after alerts are weak and need to happen quicker than they are. In my opinion, it makes a lot more sense to pay for one month, cancel, and resubscribe each time just to get an update on everything else monthly. For $50, you bet your last Pringle all scores should be updated on a monthly basis. And on top of that, even if for some insane reason you did want to pay more to get it monthly, there’s no option for monthly updates for families. Update/Subscription Type Changes Mid-Feb. 2021: Decided to kill the Family Advanced and sign up for the individual Premier and it’s no better when it comes to score updates! I had an update to my Experian FICO8 like two weeks ago, 12 point increase, and per the MyFICO app, it’s still the old score AND the worst part is, it indicates a date AFTER the actual 12 point update, that my score was updated on their end. Something isn’t right on their score updating front. I mean FICO owns MyFICO don’t they?! Shouldn’t it be easiest for them to keep our scores up to date for the price we pay for them?! And on top of all this, the Equifax FICO8 will absolutely never update no matter what until your next monthly or quarterly update.

Terrible app

Too expensive

Free version sends constant emails and notifications about score changes, but never updates. Can’t delete account from app

Absolute TRASH app took my money no help from customer service
A-game INK.

Signed up. My card was charged yet they say I never purchased anything. Escalated to a supervisor. Still no scores or refund. Disputing via my bank. I was so excited to use this app after recommended by my credit cousins but after loosing my money and hours out my day with no resolve they don’t have to worry about my business. I LOVE EXPERIAN! Idk why I was trying to find something better ?

For Anyone Who Wants All The Details

Pros: -All three scores in one place -Scores Fico 8,9,2,4,5; Auto lending Fico scores, mortgage Fico scores, etc... -Fico 8 scores update as often weekly if your credit changes. Cons: -$40 bucks per month -$50 bucks to get an early report -Only Fico 8 score updates weekly. To see updates to the rest, you have to buy another $50 report. Overall: This is the most comprehensive credit monitoring interface I have ever used. I’m hooked. Live it!

The app is fine, the service is not.
zodiaccat

The app functions as intended, and is easy enough to use. The problem is that the service it’s attached to is far less useful than it needs to be. For between $30 and $50 per month (depending on the plan), the scores I’m reading need to be accurate to what a lender is using, and it’s just not. Fair Isaac even acknowledges this, instead claiming that the score displayed is ‘accurate enough,’ but different from a lenders score. That makes it no better than reading a VantageScore, or one of the fly-by-night scorers.
