A little disappointed

I love this app however the alerts take days to come through. I use free apps & I get an alert if my credit is ran immediately, with this app that I pay a lot of money for I get it days later. Why is that? If I’m going to continue to pay this type of money I need my alerts to come to me immediately.

I’ve tried multiple credit apps and this by far is the best. By utilizing the simulator I was able to raise my score by 80 points in 4 months.

This app miss lead you on what your score actually is versus what the lender actually uses your score never changes in the categories that you actually were trying to make an improvement such as the mortgage score I believe this app is designed to discourage you and keep you from thinking that you’re making progress.

It is literally gross how expensive this is. They offer no free services so don’t waste your time. You’re looking at $30-$50 a month. Not worth it at all. I would suggest Fico ONLY for people who need to pull a yearly credit report or if they are buying a house. Otherwise, stay FAR away!!!
2 out of three Credit Reports way out of Date

I’ve used this app for several years now and use the paid service. The only report they pay attention to and keep current is Transunion. Equafax and Experian reports are not updated since 2014. Would you trust a 6 year old credit report? This does not make FICO look good as a trusted source for credit scores.

This app rarely opens after logging in. Have to use the desktop website to see my data. Massive fail

I’ve loved this app for years, but recently the app closes as soon as I open it.
App for iPhone is horrible!

I love MyFICO for the IPad, but the iPhone version is horrific! Every time I log on using my IPhone, the site goes crazy, it blinks on and off—not stable at all! I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. It is completely unusable on my IPhone.
