Absolute TRASH app took my money no help from customer service – myFICO - FICO Score Monitoring Review

Signed up. My card was charged yet they say I never purchased anything. Escalated to a supervisor. Still no scores or refund. Disputing via my bank. I was so excited to use this app after recommended by my credit cousins but after loosing my money and hours out my day with no resolve they don’t have to worry about my business. I LOVE EXPERIAN! Idk why I was trying to find something better ?
