I don’t know why it’s super expensive. Experian 4.99 and that’s it

With the paid subscription, you’re “supposed” to receive an updated monthly report. However there’s no information on how to retrieve this “complimentary” report. I’ve always had to pay $50 for my complimentary updated report. So...clearly this app is a useless money grab.

I signed up and gave my personal information that we all already feel uncomfortable with. I paid, got a confirmation email with an order number but I cannot log in as I have to “verify my identity” which seems to be common after reading comments and not some random error. How can I have a confirmation and simultaneously be pending verification?! Support is closed for more than 24 hours. I better have the option to NOT complete the transaction or this will be one easy credit dispute.

Needs a horizontal mode for the iPad

Very disappointed to see that apps like this are not implementing horizontal mode. I really hope to see a update for this in the future. I have my iPad Pro attached to the apple magic keyboard and it’s annoying to have to take off the iPad just to use this app. Come guys let’s get with the times.....

Glitches OFTEN.

The app is great overall. I’ve been using it for about 5 years, however the score screen glitches OFTEN. It will give you an update in your alert notifications, but then not update the score screen. For example: Equifax or TransUnion will update with a 20+ increase to your score but the score screen will show a -20 decrease instead of the actual information. When you call myFico, they’ll say they don’t see that on their end and that you should just delete and reinstall the app or clear your cookies on your screen. But, I’ve seen this in the forums before as well. There is a definite glitch. If the glitch can be fixed, would be worth 5 stars!

No access to credit report via iPhone. Problem exists in app, Safari, and Google Chrome. There’s an error in the html link that’s associated with each account name. Instead of the link leading to that account’s info, the link is coded to lead to right back to the page listing all accounts that you’re already on. An infinite loop of incompetence. 35 minutes into call trying to get issue fixed or money back.

Hands down, this is the BEST credit monitoring app next to Experian. These are your REAL scores—all 20 plus of them. What lenders showed me as the scores they pulled matched up exactly. I pay every 3 months to keep track of my scores because it is a bit expensive. But what price can you put on being armed with your scores that lenders will see and what you are entitled to for your interest rate?
