Bad service-overcharged

This company is all for the money .They double charge me and don’t won’t to credit my account or refund my money back.Ask to cancel account they informed me they wouldn’t but would take my account off auto withdrawals.Am so upset.The product could be useful but the customer service they provided is horrible.they also misled me to think they was discounted my services but since they overcharge me they took the discount back and say we just going to charge you regular price.

I entered all of my information including my credit card info and then I had to verify my identity. After answering the questions, I was told I did not qualify to subscribe with them because I did not have 2 credit cards reporting to all 3 credit bureaus. Now my money will be returned to my card in 7 business days. Why would you run the card if I didn’t qualify?

Terrible app. Absolute waste of money!!! This app is misleading. Not pleased with the functions at all. Completely useless. Thanks for stealing my hard earned money. I would give zero stars if possible.

You can get more for free from credit karma. If you want to throw away $40/mo go ahead and get this basically worthless app.

Since using this I’ve monitored my score and has taken it up I used it online first since often times cell phones can limit your ability too see everything. It showed me what I need to work on and I’ve paid down so much some things I got deleted I’d use it for years I simply think it’s a great investment

My FICO used to be wonderful. Now there reports are impossible to read or understand and the price has doubled compared to what they use to be. It’s sad because myFICO was such a useful tool but now overpriced and impossible to understand

How come the simulator doesn’t have the current balance and it’s stuck from when my last credit report is pulled? I mean I pay you monthly to use this app and the information remains outdated! That’s ridiculous. Maybe we can only get so many credit reports per year, but we should at least be able to log into the app and see up to date amounts owed on our various accounts.
