I don’t pay for the subscription, so it’s a free monitoring account, but it is 6/1/21 and my scores haven’t updated since April 2021. What kind of monitoring is going on when I have t seen any updates in 2 months!? Might as well just rely on Credit Karma or Credit Sesame.
app no longer showing scores

App is now broken and my scores are all blank. My last 3b report was May 4th, 2021 and that is missing too. My settings page appears correctly but nothing else! I even tried to log out and back in, but it did not work. I restarted phone, and still nothing.

Ipad app is broken

I reported this issue a year ago and it STILL has never been fixed! I used to enjoy this app and while it still works on my Android phone, for many months now, and STILL with no fix, upon opening the app on iPad it just blinks continuously, non stop and doesn’t allow you to do anything on it. The only way I’ve found to stop this is to uninstall the app, and reinstall, then it will work, for a while and then start acting up again and I have to repeat the entire uninstall and set up process all over again. This is a horrible user experience and I can’t believe an update still hasn’t been pushed yet to fix this. This is completely horrible on iOS!!!!

You tons tons of alerts and updates about accounts in your credit report that changed, but the app provides no info about what changed. Totally pointless.

Waste of money

I’ve had this app for months and paid for the package that gave you monthly updates. I wasted so much money thinking that I was actively monitoring my credit and receiving “accurate” scores. Well here’s the truth, these scores are NOT accurate. I had my credit pulled by a bank and my score was nothing compared to what this app showed me. It’s all a big SCAM. Save your money because no bank or loan company is going to pull the numbers they show you.
