I recently used this to scan my delivered product and it was so nice. Can't figure out how to delete an order for customer if created by mistake. Would be nice to have a detailed 3 month report on inventory sold in order to keep enough inventory levels of what is trending. It would be nice if this app were free since it is helping us sell products and manage our inventory.

Absolutely love this app, especially since the Fall 2017 upgrade. Uploaded my inventory and was able to print year end inventory and sales reports! Love that the order, inventory, catalog and customer info are always at my fingertips even when I'm away from my office.

When first installing it just took me to website, but after restarting it seems to be working well. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

For the most part, I love the app. Makes everything so much easier. My only problem is that my TouchID has a “maybe it will, maybe it won’t work” issue. My phone has been upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8+ and the issue persists. Hopefully with the newest update, it will work ask the time.

My recent update caused my barcode reader to stop working. I can’t scan in my inventory. I tried about ten times to get it to scan. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if I will help.

This app is a great idea but it has numerous operational issues. Its not connected to your customers Credit card info on propay, so you cant recharge them with their stored cards and have to use propay anyway. The way its connected to your WAS is as individual orders and you cant do your WAS as a hosted party. Inventory management would be the best feature, but it doesn’t work consistently. The bar code scanner works intermittently and does not stick, i.e. sometimes you take the picture and nothing gets added so you take it again and still it fails to add the inventory, but when you restart the app it has multiple instances of all the products based on how many times you were trying to take the picture. The customer information like address does not stick if you edit it during an order. It has products availability that is not synced with In Touch products. There’s no way to order your own wholesale inventory as in the video demo says. I would recommend it as a good way to replace having to carry a catalog and making receipts, but since i have to do most actions manually to replace the app’s function, its not really helping me to be more efficient.

Trying to add new inventory-all I get is the infinitely circling heart cursor. Have deleted, reinstalled, restarted. Customers do show up, but inventory won’t.


Create report not working

I like this app but when I click on create reports it just spins and never opens. I can't remember is this where you make the invoices because I can't find it anywhere else.
