Crashes on iPhone XR

I have been using this app for almost a year with 0 issues. I recently upgraded my iPhone 7 to the iPhone XR and the app crashes as soo as it starts up!! Please fix ASAP and I use this for everything!!!
App closes often

Just finished putting in all my inventory, closed the app and now when I try to open the app it closes out on its own after a few seconds. Very frustrating.

The app doesn't stay open long enough to even load the home page. Almost immediately closes, but it's still showing as an open app when I toggle?

This app truly makes my business mobile. I can enter info, take payment, ship product and track customer info on the go.
Crashes within seconds

App will not stay open. Crashes as soon as I hit the inventory button. I keep hoping the next update will fix it, but it never does. I use to love it but I’m about to give up on it.

Crashes and you lose data. Uninstall then install the app. Works for day then won’t open at all.

I LOVE using this app. I use it all the time to reference the price of an item and to calculate the total of a customer’s order on the go. My only concern is that every time I attempt to open the “my inventory” section, my app crashes. This feature used to work for me and unfortunately it doesn’t anymore ):

This is a great sync with my customers and inventory in hand. I do miss being able to place an order directly from the In Touch app. Is this going to link to a consultant ordering app anytime soon so we can do that in the go?
New Update Deleted All Orders and Customers

Worked just fine before. Went to verify a customer’s previous items to reorder and everything is blank: customers & orders. Will rate higher once this is fixed.
