Patiently waiting for inventory feature to work

The inventory part (manually entering and scanning barcodes for updating inventory) has never worked for me. When manually adjusting the number of items, sometimes it goes through sometimes it doesn't. It's super inconsistent. I feel like I'm never going to trust my inventory feature, it's upsetting because that's the number one thing I would use this app for.

This app doesn't scan barcodes and accurately add products to existing inventory. I have just completed my 6th physical inventory count since this app was released last year, entered the count into my brand new Iphone7S, received a new order- 7 boxes- and it still doesn't correctly add products to inventory. You get what you pay for. Not sure if I'll purchase this app if they begin charging $5 a month for it.

This new app contains some expected issues that have been brought to Mary Kay Inc's attention such as inventory being difficult to manage. The best features are managing customers and orders, plus the 6 Things list is great to have on the go. I highly recommend this app, especially since it is free through 2017, and will pay the $4.99 monthly subscription in 2018. I would encourage you to send feedback regarding new features and especially the inventory. Enjoy!

Here it is now September 2017 and I can't be more happier that Mk allowed us free access to the MyCustomers+ App. I hadn't used it before then and didn't recognize how amazing it would be for my business. I have saved money too because I have not used or had to purchase a customer profile card or receipts since January. Going paperless was scary but so worth it. I will start using receipts again to track my Hostess Rewards/gifts but that's it. January 2017 This is app is becoming more amazing as I click and figure out new stuff. I love that I can take an order, charge it with the tax included in the price for me. I absolutely love that I can add a customer from my phone contacts into MyCustomers and their information populates into MyCustomers+ and Intouch; and I can mapquest addresses and call customers from the app. This helps so much when I am making customer service calls because now I don't have to go back and forth in my phone or I don't have to use my phone and the computer. I can make notes in MyCustomer. The MyCustomers & Trello app along with calendly.com is truly changing how I effectively run my business. I've only been using this app about a week and at my new facial appointments and another party of 3, they were patient as they walked through this new journey with me. I had them all register online and enter their personal profiles and contact information. As I closed them individually if they hadn't completed an address or phone number I handed them my phone for them to complete the info in the app. Saved! Less work for me later. ? I ? this app!

I am loving this app! I can access customers on the go. Very quick and easy to see what a customer ordered last time when they don't remember a shade or color! I've just started using the tags. Did not really understand them until I went to seminar this year and sat in and listened to instructions on how to use ...but now the tags have been an awesome tool for quick contact to certain groups of customers, and grouping customers into specific skincare needs/lines.


Please update - inventory glitches!!!!!

Please please please update and fix the inventory feature! I have a hard time searching, updating and looking at what I have. Inventory never keeps correct numbers! Need this to work more fluid as I'm always out and about and need to know what I have!

I liked the ability to scan the barcode and my inventory was added. I understand some were having a problem with accuracy. But I'm not crazy about having to enter each item individually. I probably will not continue using the app when they start charging for it.

I love that I can check what inventory quantities when I’m nowhere near my house. And being able to place on the go orders for my customers is amazing!!!

It was working (with some inventory accuracy issues, especially between two mobile devices). Now it won’t load. I hope I don’t lose data if I have to delete & re-download. Please help!
