Love this app, time saving, client information on orders at your finger tips. Email and manage orders. but more work with the inventory’s listed. I am experiencing a problem with my catalog for discontinued items is blank. I know there are still items in the discontinue tab. Wish I know how to correct this.

My review would be a 4 or 5 if I could actually open it! I used it twice and was so excited and when I finished using it I closed it, like any normal app, and after that I go to open it and it just shuts down. I trained restarting my phone. I’ve tried all my other apps, even other Mary Kay ones and this is the only one that does it. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and as soon as I closed out of it after I was done, it started doing the same thing again. I don’t understand. It’s very frustrating because I really wanna use this app and scan in my inventory. I have a bunch of empty boxes sitting around that I need to scan in lol

I really love the app and so far, it works great on my iPad, however, the app keeps crashing on my phone and will not open. I have tried deleting it and downloading the app again and it will work maybe 3 times before it crashes again and will not open. It’s just odd to me how it works on my iPad but not my iPhone.

The concept of the app is great but, needs some work. I keep getting kicked out of app on my iPad. The camera does not work in recognizing product #'s. It's not syncing with I touch or items entered via my iPhone. Help!


Integration with ProPay card reader request

Love that I can build the order in this app in front of the customer so they feel confident we got everything. But then I cannot swipe their card at checkout; I have to manually punch it in. Can you add card swipe integration with ProPay for the next release? ALSO would be great if I could split an order I.e., fill what I have from inventory and only have CDS fill the items I don't have on hand to the customer. Right now I have to build two orders if I want to do that.

I really love the concept of this app, I would really like to see some more fine-tuning done. -It would be great if we could access our inventory on InTouch as well as through the app. -My iPad still doesn't sync with my iPhone in regards to inventory. -I would like more control on which products show up in my inventory- such as previous LE items, samples, GWP's, and items that "have no information available." -With the iPad, when I "sort" items, it will only stay sorted for 30 seconds or so before returning to the default. -With the search feature, there are some inconvenient behaviors that could be updated. There are other things that I'm sure I will remember I'd like changed but for now this list will do. Thank you, Mary Kay, for listening to your consultants!
