Would be a great app, if it ever worked properly

Lately the app doesn’t even open, it crashes 2 seconds after I try to open it. When it was working, it would never update orders, customer info, etc. I like the concept but I’d love it if the app would actually work.
Amazing. iPhone X can’t use facial recognition

I love this app!! When I upgraded to my gen X, the app wouldn’t open. I contacted the company and they let me know to use a pin instead of facial recognition. That it was an issue they’re working on. Just a heads up for iPhone X users.

The app keeps stalling out when you go to sign in you can’t. It’s foes nor work well on apple but word great on android

For some reason, this is the only app my phone rejects. I think it’s a GREAT app (I love the scanning etc), but it shuts down every time I try to open it. It doesn’t the very first time, but any time after it will. I have to constantly delete & re-download. I wish I could use it so that I can keep track of my orders. I’ve done everything on my end of my phone to make sure that it’s not me (cleaned out storage, etc). I have the iPhone 10 so I’m not sure. Please fix!! ♡

Every time I try to use the app it seems to load for a second then goes blank and closes out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it did not fix it.

I love how easy it is to place orders, track inventory, and search for products in the catalog! It saves me a lot of time at closings, and when customers need to re-order I can simply look at what they’ve ordered in the past! I love this app!
Issues with closing down

When I touch the inventory button to check my inventory the whole app shuts down and goes back to my home screen. Otherwise I love the app!
App crashing

It will work then crash the next time I go in. Have to delete and reload every time. Is there any update?
