I don’t know what’s going on but I have used this app for years and now all of my orders and customers have vanished! It’s all gone! Can someone help ?


Freezes up

I love the idea of this app and the rare moments when it actually does work, I love it! But it freezes up and I have to open and close it 3-4 times before it will work and sometimes that doesn’t even work.

I used the app for about 2 years but suddenly I lost all the customers data I had and it has been crashing and extremely slow for the past couple of days to the point where I can no longer use the app at all. Please fix the issues, it is very convenient when it works


Great usually, but lately freezing

I love the app. It helps me keep track of all my clients & inventory on the go! However I’ve had issues for MONTHS when I log into the app, after about 1 second it freezes and won’t let me tap anything. I’ve waited through updates and still does the same after an update. Please fix this bug, because it makes it more difficult to keep track of things when I don’t have access to my computer for my customers.

Originally loved this app made my business so easy!! The last few months have been painful I have tried to put an order in for a client for hours now still no luck and a survey popped up but it wouldn’t load either!! So right now this app is the worst ????????

I use this app and appreciate how simple it is to use and help manage inventory on hand. 6/4/21 I updated the app-& all inventory was lost.. so now I have to spend valuable time recounting & re-entering inventory during the last month of the year. Fortunately customers & order info transferred during update. Is there a way to have a back up of our inventory on intouch???

This app is horrible now! IDK what the company did with whatever update they did on 6/4/21, but all my customers, orders everything are gone now! I've restarted my phone, deleted and redone loaded the app! All my business is gone! I do 99% of my business from my phone!

My Customers app

I was browsing through the app to see how I could use it and the survey came up. I was excited to be able to use My Customers in my business from what I saw. The survey popped up, I did the survey and at the very last question, my answer wasn’t accepted no matter what I did. Now I am unable to return to the app to use it, now I am stuck at that final question and can’t do anything else.
