Could be so helpful – myCustomers+ Review

This app is a great idea but it has numerous operational issues. Its not connected to your customers Credit card info on propay, so you cant recharge them with their stored cards and have to use propay anyway. The way its connected to your WAS is as individual orders and you cant do your WAS as a hosted party. Inventory management would be the best feature, but it doesn’t work consistently. The bar code scanner works intermittently and does not stick, i.e. sometimes you take the picture and nothing gets added so you take it again and still it fails to add the inventory, but when you restart the app it has multiple instances of all the products based on how many times you were trying to take the picture. The customer information like address does not stick if you edit it during an order. It has products availability that is not synced with In Touch products. There’s no way to order your own wholesale inventory as in the video demo says. I would recommend it as a good way to replace having to carry a catalog and making receipts, but since i have to do most actions manually to replace the app’s function, its not really helping me to be more efficient.
