Frequently unavailable and reimbursement never processes – myCigna Review

This app is frequently unavailable for account log in and the portal request for reimbursement of dependent care accounts have never worked for me. It’s very frustrating to think you’ve submitted for reimbursement but have it not go through only to have to call customer service and wait on hold to be told the request was not received.
