Currently I can not access it for the past 24 hours due to server issues. And also I would like to have notices for future blood test times from my doctors to keep the dates scheduled.

I love being able to check my lab results easily. The biggest problem with thus app is that there is no history of sent mail to your providers. Online i can see that a mail was sent. On The app it says it was sent but often the provider doesn't get the mail and there is no way to prove you sent it. There is also no finger print log in to the app. Edit: fingerprint login was added

Communication and Function are essential. While the app does communicate with the website/doctors, it would be even more convenient if it communicated with the Health App. Also, the UI is simple in appearance, which is user friendly, but could be a little more aesthetically pleasing.

i like the app but it wouldn't let me see any test results or anything except for messages and appointments until I turned 18 i was 17 and dealing with my own medical things its none of my moms business unless I tell her i think that should be changed.

The app needs some upgrades since you have not put out new changes in the past few months. Can you add support for Apple Pay as well as credit/debit card payments in the app so that any fees I own can be done in the app so I am not having to them them in a web browser. Also can you add support to upload pdf files since sometimes some of us need medical clearance but can not upload as a image file as it would mess up the accuracy in paperwork the may need to be filled out for summer camps and or school.

This was a great app until they removed most of its functionality. I can no longer access my weight, bp, etc records. Before, I could even look at these on a graph. Disappointing. Worse, my providers no longer come up when I try to make an appointment. There's literally no point in using this app.

Thank you! Finally an app that allows patients access to their health records and provides quick convenient communications with their providers. The ability to access my test results, has empowered me to be accountable for my health and health care. The patient health record should be open access, through a patient portal. It is important to understand that different institutions can toggle functionality of the app differently to meet the institution's goals. If you aren't getting what you need from the app, contact your institution for assistance, starting with your patient experience representative.
