It’s awesome to have the opportunity to interact with and keep everyone involved with my health issues as they develop for proper diagnosis, prognosis, and a cure for treatment bi my medical team. I can only praise the technology that’s being used. Thank you so much.
Useless app

There is nothing in this program. Not able to add dr. Not able to make appointments. Not able to send messages . Go to the old CSM Connect says not able to use after 10/23/2021

Single point for my father’s health information

In the past two years, I’ve taken over the role of coordinating my dad’s healthcare. Since most of his physicians are associated with Tower Health, the app provides a complete record of his visits, tests and medications. I can message his physicians through the app also.

Always an error ! Can’t view documents or anything without error message ! Update this app asap it will be much more useful
