It’s very informative and easy way to see results and making appointments visual or office.
WONDERFUL MEDICAL COMMUNICATION APP!

I have lots of health issues, so getting TEST RESULTS, KEEPING TRACK OF MEDICATIONS, BEING ABLE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS, APPOINTMENT DETAILS and having a way to COMMUNICATE WITH MY DOCTORS IN A TIMELY MANNER is imperative. MY CHART does all these things and so much more! My only complaint is that there are no links to lay definitions of all the medical terminology. The other option would be to have a translation in lay terms of the overall comments/results after the very technical ones given for the doctors. That way we’re not left to look up every medical term and walk away fearing the worst when they say things like, “…could be a precursor to a stroke, dementia…or can just be from aging”. Then we’re left to fear the worst for days or even weeks until we can get in to see the doctor for clarification.
No On-line Payment?

Many of the on-line bills one receives are from independent contractors of Beaumont, such as Beaumont Hospital Services which accepts checks or money orders. E.g., Beaumont Hospital Services has nothing to do with Beaumont Hospital. This app is useless for paying such bills.

Click to pay bill no longer an option

Used to just pay my bill by clicking a button. Now takes me to another website without my saved payment info. What’s the point of myhealth app if I have to use another site to pay the bill?

Why are you providing me with my fathers information? When he goes to the doctors (Dr. Anthony Brown) or gets lab work his information and results are uploaded to my “my chart”…now I’m starting to receive his medical bills charged to my insurance…this needs to stop NOW and must be corrected. It’s probably also a hipa violation.

Links to billing don’t work as they’ve choose t to use Google reCaptcha which fails EVERY TIME! This app is proof of lowest common denominator thinking and clearly no one tests any of the features

I like the patient portal except I have an allergy referral that was requested by a former pcp that I need to get off of there. Please???
