Needs update & modern features...

App is ok but needs an update with more modern features like Touch ID for login, in-app statements, Apple Pay for payments, and a refreshed all around look & feel. Then it would be a 5 start app. oh well... Wishful thinking.

The app use to work now it keeps telling me it can't connect to the server. I can connect through my internet explorer so I know the site is working just the app is not. Very sad because I liked the convenience of the app.

This app needs a help button to notify developers when it doesn't work properly. Can't reply to Doctor messages from the app, can't schedule appointments, can't request refills. So basically it's useless.
Where the hell is my daughters info??

It updates and I can no longer retrieve my daughters info. I can only get mine? No more multiple users for the single app? I used it constantly to keep my daughters appointments added to my phone now I can't get her info. I don't see how this is an update or improvement.

Easy to use, simple and straight forward. Make appointments, refill Rx, view test results. Can't ask for much more.

Like the App, but the updates across related platforms i.e. iPhone, iPad is apparently non-existent. Spent and hour updating medications on iPad and the updates were non existent on my iPhone.
Would be nice to be able to upload photos

The app has a camera/photo function but I can't attach the photo to an email or even get back to the photo. It's just a thumbnail that I can't access or view. What's the point?

App works as intended. One major downside is the inability to save a password. Ideally, the developers should build in the fingerprint identification option
Does Not Show Test Results

Previously had a Samsung phone and this app worked great, now with iPhone when I select test results, it tells me there is no information to display, but if I log into the hospital sight on computer it shows all my results.
