This you version is terrible. The previous version. I like the dashboard of the previous version. It was far more sophisticated and professional looking. This one looks like eighth grade ingenuity. However, I do like the Verizon service. That's why I give it one star.

Used to take one click to see a nice presentation of the data usage for all phones on my plan with details for each. I could get the info I needed at a glance. Now that's a few clicks away plus it's not summarized very well plus they changed the print to microscopic so I need to put on my glasses. On the plus side they're not asking me to upgrade my plan with a pop up every time I use the app.

What a breath of fresh air. I paid my bill as quickly as I can do "one-click" ordering on Amazon. The effort put into this is tremendous (and yes I work for an IT company and appreciate the value props).

I see all these reviews complaining about the app upgrade, and don't get it. It's simple, easy to use and understand. Never crashed, never had any problems, and you can pay your bill in seconds.

I used to be able to see how data usage for each user separately but I can't anymore. Unable to determine where most of the data is being drained from. Go back to the previous version
