Old app was easier to navigate. You need to incorporate everything into one app. Don't care for using two apps to make adjustments, ect..
New and improved. Yeah, okay.

The old app was super user friendly and easy to understand, so naturally it needs to be "improved." This redesign has made the app difficult to navigate and beyond vague. There is next to no information other than your bill total.

There is so much more information and charts/graphics to view and understand it quickly. It's right there to get detailed info when you get a text reminding you that you're near your data limit. I can't see in any way how this is a step backward. I'm really impressed!

I really like how easy it is to see ur data usage etc. paying my bill is much simpler in the new app as well. A few things were a little harder to figure out, hence the 4 instead of 5.
I like the old one better.

I like the app. It is great to pay and view your bill. It is more complicated to pay a phone. It easier to go to a store

Easier use, access and understand! Paying bills is what I use it most for. Convenient bill pay and can find my plan options and usage in one place. Also like banner advertising letting me know about upgrades over getting junk mail I don't read. Good job Verizon!
