Don't use app to change your services! – My Verizon Review

Be warned, transactions to change your services may not work and Verizon will not credit you. I removed international from my plan after a trip and the app showed my new bill and everything looked good. Next bill arrives and charges are still accruing. Call Verizon, and they have no record of this. So no way to remove charges. Have to do it over the phone. I have confirmed this behavior twice. Use the app to check your balance if you like but don't try to actually change anything. Call and talk to someone instead.
