Every time I try to get on this stupid app one thing or another goes wrong!!! Then I call and I ALWAYS get someone that doesn’t SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! I tell you and tell you people at SPRINT but all I get is “ yes I understand “ it really doesn’t help!!!! Then they always thank me for being a “ loyal customer “ since 2006 and it just bothers me that no one in power REALLY talks to us but you all act sooooooo sincere. I just once I could get a real English speaking person instead of someone who I can not understand or they can not understand me!!!!!

Sprint changes their billing at the expense of their customers routinely! They also have extend lease agreements for devices when they know your contract is about to expire hoping to get you to sign on. THIEVES in my opinion!

Free phone scam!

Got a promotional “free phone” when we bought a new iPhone!!! Total scam!! They are charging a monthly fee for 2 years!!! Customer service is a joke and refuses to correct the fraud. I tell everyone I can about their fraudulent practices.

I’m very disappointed with Sprint!!!! I switched from Verizon last year thinking I was being thrifty but I have spent way more. I’m looking for offers from any other company.... I will even go for T-Mobile or Cricket at this point. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really want to curse and everything, I’m very unhappy with sprint
