Even after reset my phone and internet connection the signal still to weak and unable to run my internet, you should improve your signal or you gonna have large number of Cst moving to other companies, including myself!

I don’t like or agree with a contract for a single person account. I believe it is too high and when it’s time to a phone upgrade then to keep the consumers they should give a free IPhone attached to contract but should not have to pay. Just turn in your previous phone.

I like the way that you can pay the bill using the Sprint app instead of calling customer service and having to go through all of the extra problems... This app is totally awesome

Possibly the worst app ever created. Can’t even click into the boxes to logon. Then half the time the buttons don’t work. When they do work, however, it always tells me my login info is wrong. I’ve successfully signed in to this app once in the last 2 or 3 years.

Increasing cost (not fully disclosed) - dubious sales at local store. Not truthful - I have remained with Sprint many years with no consideration. I will make a change - ASAP.
