You really never listen!!!! – My Sprint Mobile Review

Every time I try to get on this stupid app one thing or another goes wrong!!! Then I call and I ALWAYS get someone that doesn’t SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! I tell you and tell you people at SPRINT but all I get is “ yes I understand “ it really doesn’t help!!!! Then they always thank me for being a “ loyal customer “ since 2006 and it just bothers me that no one in power REALLY talks to us but you all act sooooooo sincere. I just once I could get a real English speaking person instead of someone who I can not understand or they can not understand me!!!!!
