Didn't work after the update but deleted and reinstalled and its good to go! Wish you could see past claims info.

When you open the app the home page starts to load then the screen goes blank. Tried to reinstall app, works that one time then blank screen again.

This could be a decent app if it worked after more than one login. Second and subsequent attempts result in a white screen. Didn't they try this app before releasing it?

I was able to submit a claim which was pretty awesome, but you would think that if the app could do something that sophisticated, it should be able to have the regular website feed your updated info. so that you don't have to go to login to the website. I am disappointed. I have used other flex plan apps that worked. It can't be that difficult to create a good product.

I have submitted 3 claims with my phone. No issues at all. My claims were processed the day after being submitted and paid the day after that. I love it!!
