All I need this app to do for filing a claim and being able to upload a picture of the receipt. I receive updates via email of the claim process. I can also see the pament history.

My company has an HSA and bestflex FSA. you can only see one or the other. You can switch between them. What a waste.

I don’t understand why the app can’t show basic information like balance and transactions for SimplyHSA. Not impressed.

So full of bugs! I was optimistic about using it to submit claims because the website wasn't working. Clicked to select a provider and got an error in loading the list. I couldn't cancel out of the error, only "refresh" so it infinitely cycled through the error. Had to uninstall to get out of the loop. Then I couldn't scroll down to the bottom of the claim form. It kept scrolling back to the top. Plus I'd like to see more functionality in reviewing account information. Great idea executed very poorly.

If you have had multiple employers that used EBC then you can't use this. Guess I'll encourage my next employer to use TASC.

What a great app!! It gives me access to my account balance at my fingertips and I can fill out my claim without any paper! I submit claims regularly so I'm excited this is available and think its a great enhancement!! After submitting my claim I've already received an email saying that it's in process. Kudos!

I am so happy this option became available! As an avid IPhone user this app is so convenient for me to submit my claims and receive my reimbursement. From start to finish this app was intuitive and easy to use. I think they did a great job and I would highly recommend use of the app to others.

This app needs some work on the login page. . I have signed up three times and after each time attempt to login but each attempt receive the error "remote server is not responding". If you reset your password it will send you an email and the only login that works is when you are redirected to the Portals.ebcflex.con/participant sign in website and then the info looks great. But If the mobile app doesn't work then you might as well get to the site via the Internet . I called customer support and they just reset your password. Tried to contact app support But it gives you an error code and no One to assist. Tried removing the app and reinstalling thinking its outdated but the latest app doesn't work either.
